Throwing a knife at a target can be a simple yet challenging effort. To begin with, make sure the area in which you are throwing is safe for yourself and anyone else in the area.
Throwing knives at a target is easier if you are using knives that have been specifically designed as a throwing knife. These are usually made of one piece stainless steel blades and nicely balanced.

I hope that I am not the only one, as a youngster with their first knife, to use it and experiment with it such as trying to throw it into the ground. Maybe I could stab a leaf?
