The Usefulness Of Cell Phone Stun Guns

There are more and more different types of self defense weapons appearing on the market. Everything from pepper CellPhonesg900sprays, foams, and gels, to stun guns and tasers and batons.

The more I think about it, because of our current times, the more it sounds like a good idea to have some sort of protection. I am beginning to like the thought of having a weapon that does not look like a weapon, but can still protect me and others. I am strongly considering purchasing one of those cell phone stun guns to help me feel and be safer.

Bowie Knife 203242

The Bowie knife was named after General James “Jim” Bowie during our countries earlier years. There are many variations of the styles of Bowie knives, but in general they were rather large fixed blade, thick and wide, and carried in a sheath.

Some styles of the Bowie knife are very useful for camping and hunting, and outdoors activities. Other styles like a replica D-guard Bowie knife with brass hand guard are great for any collection.

Another useful tool that you should not leave home without is a pocket knife. Pocket knives can be used in many ways, such as to open packages, cut different materials, to slice fruit or even for self defense.

samurai sword

Japanese swordsmen, called samurai, followed a code of conduct known as bushido, which translates to “the way of the warrior”. While this code of conduct was somewhat reminiscent of chivalry, it is also quite different. The samurai code stresses frugality, loyalty, mastery of martial arts, and honor until death.  Bushido developed between the 9th and 12th centuries and was passed down for generations as a moral code unuttered and unwritten.  Samurai were known for carrying a Samurai Sword of the Immortals and numerous smaller blades, as well as having thick armor. In an era when most of the world hadn’t developed complex weapons, Japanese samurai had perfected the art of war. The samurai had better armor, better weapons, and better knowledge of warfare than a vast majority of the military forces in the world.

The code of the samurai is much different than the code of European chivalry.  For example, suicide was well tolerated in the samurai code.  If one lost a battle or disgraced their family, ritual suicide was considered legitimate reparation.
